Putting our Values into Practice
Why have we refreshed our website? Quite simply because it was a case of doing what we preach and putting our own values into practice. Our website is not a ‘new business generator’, rather it is a place to refer people once contact has been made – but it never felt quite right! We had feedback actually from someone we worked with to say that knowing us, it “wasn’t really me” – and this was the trigger for action. Our work is about brand alignment and putting values into practice, so it felt increasingly important to have something that reflects the Values into Practice brand – and that we are proud of. Now we do!
The whole exercise has been a great experience in discovering how clients see us, what they value about us and how they believe we can add value to their business. In addition to getting a greater insight into our client’s perspective, it also necessitated us exploring who we are; our sense of identity and purpose, as well as taking stock of our skills, capabilities and overall offering. The key challenge being how do we reflect the nature and impact of our work in a meaningful way. We hope the site now let’s you see us as we do.
