The IT Services company piece of work has been particularly exciting because the work has enabled us to support the client across all three of our service lines; coaching, building high performance teams and leadership and employee engagement. The ongoing success of the project can be attributed to a number of things – a strong sponsor/stakeholder group within the client community and their customer community, all of whom understand the need for a clear vision and ongoing focus and commitment to what is in effect a culture change. The work and approach really is end to end; from attracting and recruiting the right people through to managing talent and high potentials.
