One of our core beliefs is that every client has all the resources they need but too often, they simply haven’t discovered this for themselves yet! Every client who works with Values into Practice experiences our coaching conversation, a conversation that enables you to explore what is yet unknown, providing space for thinking and exploring alternative perspectives and approaches.
Our coaching beliefs we live in how we behave and interact with every client. Our behaviour is one of curiosity, questioning, challenging yet supportive, non-judgemental, with strong presence and rapport. Clients tell us these values and beliefs are transparent to them when we are coaching. This is extremely important to us. We need our clients feel safe and accepted for who they are.
We live our coaching beliefs in the way we behave and interact with every client. The coaching space we create enables every client to ‘explore’. We explore how what they do serves them well. And we also explore how what they do sometimes gets in the way, effectively sabotaging themselves. In this space the client has the power, ownership and responsibility for what they do, both during the session, and beyond.
Areas we work with clients in includes:
– Leadership and Managing Others
– Managing Change
Finally, the ongoing development of our coaches is extremely important to us. All of our coaches are Professional Certified Coaches – PCC or equivalent – meaning they have hundreds of hours coaching experience. They also have regular Supervision, a commitment to our ethical and values based approach.
